The Board of Play Communications S.A. (the “Company”) hereby reports that it received Resolution No. 805/2017 adopted by the Management Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. (“WSE”) on 26 July 2017 in which the WSE Management Board resolved: 1. to introduce 250,000,000 (two hundred fifty million) ordinary bearer shares in the Company with a par value of EUR 0.00012 each labeled by National Securities Depository S.A. (“KDPW”) under the code “LU1642887738” for stock exchange trading on the main floor under the ordinary procedure as of 27 June 2017. 2. to quote the Company’s shares in the continuous quotation system under the abbreviated name of “PLAY” and under the designation of “PLY”.
