These subsidiaries will provide the legal basis for Photon Energy's entry into the German market.

Zarząd Photon Energy a.s. informuje, że w dniu 5 maja 2011 r. złożył dokumenty rejestracyjne w sprawie utworzenia trzech spółek zależnych, w których Photon Energy posiada 100% udziałów, w tym: Photon Energy Deutschland GmbH (kapitał akcyjny w wysokości EUR 100,000; CZK 2.419 mln; PLN 394,060), Photon Engineering Deutschland GmbH (kapitał akcyjny w wysokości EUR 100,000; CZK 2.419 mln; PLN 394,060) oraz Photon Management Deutschland GmbH (kapitał akcyjny w wysokości EUR 25,000; CZK 604,750 million; PLN 98,515) z siedzibą w Berlinie, w Niemczech.
Spółki te stanowić będą podstawę prawną ekspansji Photon Energy na rynku niemieckim.
Podstawa prawna: § 3 ust. 1 Załącznika Nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu - "Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect".
