PHOTON: Photon Energy informs that the Czech President signed the Amendment to the Renewable Energy Act into law

In contrast to his previous statements including an official letter to the Lower House of Parliament expressing his objections to the Amendment to the Renewable Energy Act on 15 December 2010 the President of the Cez Republic Václav Klaus signed the bill into law.

§ 3 section 1 of Exhibit 3 of the Alternative Trading System Rules, as adopted by Resolution Nr. 147/2007, dated 1 March 2007, and amended by Resolution Nr. 733/2009, dated 18 December 2009, of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board.
