PHOTON: Photon Energy announces the acquisition of two companies to serve as its operating subsidiaries in Slovakia

The Management Board of Photon Energy a.s. on 30 July 2010 announces the completion of the acquisition of 100% equity stakes in ECOBASE s.r.o. (now renamed to Photon Engineering Slovensko s.r.o.) and BARUSTIC s.r.o. (now renamed to Photon Management Slovensko s.r.o.) for service fees of CZK 26,000 each from corporate services provider KEY BUSINESS s.r.o. on 29 July 2010. Both companies have a registered share capital of EUR 5,000. Photon Engineering Slovensko will act as a general contractor for Photon Energy's portfolio projects and for third-party clients. Photon Management Slovensko will provide operations and maintenance services to Photon Energy portfolio photovoltaic power plants and those owned by third-party clients.

Photon Energy and its board members are unrelated to KEY BUSINESS s.r.o.
