PHOTON: Photon Energy announces the acquisition of 2 x 1 MWp photovoltaic projects in Slovakia

The Management Board of Photon Energy on 30 July 2010 announces the acquisition of 100% equity stakes in Energy Solutions s.r.o. and Energy Profit s.r.o. on 29 July 2010. Each company holds the project rights to a 999 KWp photovoltaic plant in the municipality Jovice. The total consideration for the aggregate installed capacity of 1.998 MWp is EUR 750,000 (CZK 18.7 million, PLN 3.0 million).

Both projects are prepared for immediate construction. Photon Energy intends to realize both projects for its proprietary portfolio and to connect them to the grid in 2010Q4.

Photon Energy and its board members are unrelated to the sellers (private individuals) of the projects.
