The transfers of Michal Gärtner's and Georg Hotar's shareholdings in Photon Energy a.s. to newly established Photon Energy N.V. based in Amsterdam (Netherlands) marks the completion of steps 1 and 2 outlined in Photon Energy's corporate restructuring in preparation of an IPO on the main market of the WSE as reported in EBI report 81/2010.
Photon Energy N.V. is fully owned by Michal Gärtner and Georg Hotar through their private investment vehicles in the same proportion as their previous respective shareholdings in Photon Energy a.s.
