The acquisition price is EUR 77,000 (CZK 1.878 million; PLN 302,725). The construction process is expected to start in July and the planned completion and grid connection date is scheduled for the end of August 2011 in order to secure the current feed-in-tariff of EUR 0.2207/kWh.
Photon Energy and its board members are unrelated to the principals of the contractual party.

Zarząd Photon Energy a.s. informuje, że w dniu 13 maja 2011 r., podpisał umowę z LuzSolar GmbH, przedmiotem której jest nabycie praw do projektu budowy elektrowni fotowoltaicznej o mocy 1 MWp (projekt typu "greenfield") zlokalizowanej na terenach rekultywowanych po składowisku odpadów w Ellrich, w Niemczech.
Całkowita cena nabycia praw do projektu wynosi EUR 77,000 (CZK 1.878 million; PLN 302,725). Prace konstrukcyjne zostaną podjęte w lipcu br. Planowany termin zakończenia prac oraz podłączenia do sieci to koniec sierpnia 2011 r., celem zabezpieczenia obecnie obowiązujących taryf (feed-in-tariff) w wysokości EUR 0.2207/kWh.
Photon Energy oraz członkowie jego organów nie są w żaden sposób powiązani ze stroną umowy.
