| The Board of Directors of Milkiland N.V. (the "Company") hereby informs that the Company received the notification of the termination of appointment of Mr. Vitaliy Strukov as the Non-executive director of the Board of Directors of Milkiland N.V. since 10 January 2017 due to Mr. Strukov’s involvement in new project (outside the dairy industry). Service agreement between Milkiland N.V. and Mr. Strukov dated 24 December 2013 was terminated in a good faith by mutual consent of the parties. |
