| The Board of Directors of Milkiland N.V. (the "Company") informs that it received the notifications from Mr. Anatoliy Yurkevych and Olga Yurkevich, a members of the Company’s Board of Directors, that the entity closely associated with them (in the meaning of art. 160 par. 2 point 4 b) of the Polish Act on Trading in Financial Instruments dated 29 July 2005), i.e., 1, Inc. Cooperatief U.A., with its registered office in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, purchased 223,413 shares in the Company. Purchase transactions were made on 03 January 2013. Price of 1 share was PLN 13.78. Since January 03, 2013, 1, Inc. Cooperatief holds 22,973,588 (twenty two million nine hundred seventy-three thousand five hundred eighty eight) shares of the Company that constitutes 73.52 of the Company’s share capital and corresponds to 22,973,588 (twenty two million nine hundred seventy-three thousand five hundred eighty eight) votes or 73.52% of the voting rights on the General Meeting of Shareholders. Before the transactions 1, Inc. Cooperatief held 22,750,175 (twenty two million seven hundred fifty thousand one hundred seventy five) shares of the Company that constituted 72.8% of Company’s share capital and corresponded to 22,750,175 (twenty two million seven hundred fifty thousand one hundred seventy five) votes or 72.8% of the voting rights on the General Meeting of Shareholders. |
