The Management Board Leasing SA-Experts (Issuer) announces that on 27 March 2015 it concluded civil-legal agreement to acquire 276 bonds series E Leasing-Experts SA E for the amount of 276 000 PLN, in words (two hundred seventy six thousand PLN) maturing at 23 December 2016.
The average purchase price was 100% of the nominal value. The aim of the purchase of the bonds is their redemption.
