The Management Board Leasing-Experts SA based in Wroclaw (the "Issuer" or "the Company") announces that on 12 December 2014, the Board of The Central Securities Depository of Poland No. 1057/14 decides to accept the deposit of securities 5,000 (five of thousands) bearer bonds series C LEASING-EXPERTS SA nominal value of 1,000 PLN (one thousand) each and maturity date on 17 September 2016., issued pursuant to Resolution No. 1 of the Management of the Company dated 27 August 2014., and mark them with code PLLSGEX00040, to the introduction of such bonds to alternative trading system. At the same time claimed that the registration of the bonds in the Central Securities Depository of Poland CATALYST provided by Warsaw Stock Exchange. Shall be made within three days of receipt by the National Depository documents confirming introduction of these bonds to the alternative trading system.
Information on registration of bonds, referred to above, under the code PLLSGEX00040, will be sent in the form of a statement of the National Depository.
