The Management Board of Leasing - Expert SA based in Wroclaw (the "Issuer" or "the Company") announces that on December 5, 2014 passed a resolution to cancel the issue and public offer of shares Series F, Management Board will not make the allocation of shares series F and the amounts paid by the Investors will be refunded by brokerage houses within 7 working days on the terms described in the Information Memorandum.
