ICMVISION: The court proceedings concerning payables

The Board of Directors of iCom Vision Holding, a.s. informs about the fact that the Company has received the Payment Order to the amount of CZK 205,700.00 including the interest rate of 7.05% per annum from 12 February 2014 until payment. The Company is obliged to pay as well the costs of court at the total amount of CZK 33,129.80. The Company will deliver to the court an appeal against the Payment Order within 15 days of receipt. The company Ogilvy & Mather spol.s r.o. has launched the court proceeding. iCom Vision Holding has delivered to Ogilvy & Mather a mobile application in April 2013. Ogilvy & Mather disputes the acceptance of the mobile application and requires repayment of the payment for mobile application delivered and invoiced in April 2013. Legal basis: § 3.2.4 of Exhibit 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules (\"Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market\").
