The Management Board of CARLSON INVESTMENTS SE with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the Company) informs that on December 26, 2024, the Company received from a member of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Scott Cunningham, a statement of resignation from membership in the Supervisory Board of the Company as of December 31, 2024. According to the content of the resignation, it was submitted for professional reasons.

§ 3 sec. 1 item. 7 of Appendix No. 3 to the Regulations of the Alternative Trading System “Current and peri-odic information provided in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market”.
