The reason being that, "Foreign investors are still running away from Poland," said Stanisław Waczkowski, deputy president at Ipopemy Securities.
Once again the results of the banking sector were dismal as its index fell by 1.8 percent, as were those of KGHM, which lost 5.13 percent, despite a rise in the price of copper.
