| On 10 December 2014, the amended Articles of Association of Avia Solutions Group, AB (hereinafter, the “Company") were registered with the Register of Legal Persons after the increase of the authorised capital of the Company up to LTL 7,777,777. The authorised capital of the Company was increased after subscription and payment of the new issue of Company’s shares, the total nominal value of which is LTL 1,719,444, by ZIA VALDA CYPRUS LTD., VGE INVESTMENTS LIMITED (current shareholders of the Company), MFO-A Lux S.à r.l., Mr. Žilvinas Lapinskas (member of the Management Board of the Company), Mr. Aurimas Sanikovas (current shareholder and member of the Management Board of the Company), Mr. Paulius Docka and by Mr. Daumantas Lapinskas (member of the Management Board of the Company). The new shares were issued according to the resolutions of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the Company, held on 24 September 2014. Taking into consideration the aforementioned, on 12 December 2014 the new shares of the Company (1,719,444 units) should be registered with the Central Securities Depository of Lithuania (hereinafter, the “CSDL"). Afterwards they should also be registered on the National Depository for Securities (which is acting as a secondary depository for the Company’s shares) foreign account in the CSDL and introduced to trading on the Parallel Market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
