| In June 2012, FL Technics AB, a global provider of integrated aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul services, acquired Boeing 737-600 airframe excluding engines and landing gear from AeroTurbine Inc, a subsidiary of International Lease Finance Corp Inc. The airframe will be used for part out and will be dissembled by AeroTurbine Inc. in USA. This acquisition will enable FL Technics to expand product range with spare parts and components for Boeing 737 New Generation aircraft. | |||||||||||
