| Silvano Fashion Group has concluded agreements on the acquisition of 100% control over Trading Company "Milavitsa" (Ukraine). According to the regulations of Ukraine, the acquisition must be approved by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, which has been achieved by the current date. The subject to take-over is Trading Company "Milavitsa", which main area of business is the wholesale of products of the Silvano Fashion Group in Ukraine. The share capital of the acquired company is 50 000 Ukrainian hryvnias (UAH). According to the agreement between the parties, the take-over price is not disclosed. The goal of the acquisition is to improve the Group's wholesale activities in Ukraine. The transaction has no substantial influence on the Silvano Fashion Group's financial results for 2012.
