Buy out of the P15 series bonds
The Management Board of Aforti Holding S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter the "Company", "Issuer") informs that on August 6, 2021 it redeemed 1679 units of P15 series bonds for cancellation.
Legal basis:
Article 3, Paragraph 1, Point 6) of the Exhibit 3 "Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect market" to the Alternative Trading System Rules
