| Zarząd Aforti Holding S.A. (dalej: „Spółka”, „Emitent”) z siedzibą w Warszawie, informuje o podjęciu w dniu 28 kwietnia 2021 r. Uchwały nr 01/28/04/2028 Zarządu Spółki w sprawie przyjęcia dokumentu „Strategia Grupy Kapitałowej AFORTI na lata 2021-2023” (dalej: „Strategia”). Podstawowym celem opracowania i przyjęcia Strategii rozwoju Grupy Kapitałowej na lata 2021-2023, na czele której stoi Aforti Holding S.A. jest wyznaczenie oraz rozszerzenie kierunków jej dalszego działania, systematycznego zwiększania skali oraz rentowności prowadzonej działalności, zaś w dalszej perspektywie budowa wartości Grupy dla jej akcjonariuszy. Podstawowymi filarami Strategii są: - segment windykacji należności - platforma do obsługi firm – AFORTI.BIZ - segment zarządzania aktywami Emitent zamierza rozwijać działalność swojej Grupy Kapitałowej budując multiproduktową platformę AFORTI.BIZ dedykowaną małym i średnim przedsiębiorstwom oraz mikrofirmom, oferującą takie usługi jak: wymiana walut, factoring, prowadzenie rachunków wielowalutowych, przelewy walutowe. Funkcjonalności platformy AFORTI.BIZ będą opierać się na licencji EMI. Emitent planuje upublicznić AFORTI.BIZ na Londyńskim rynku LSE poprzez spółka zależną Aforti PLC z siedzibą w Wielkiej Brytanii. Wykorzystując platformę AFORTI.BIZ Emitent planuje dziesięciokrotnie zwiększyć obroty do końca 2023 roku, a także zwiększyć liczbę Klientów. Emitent wychodząc naprzeciw oczekiwaniom inwestorów AFORTI, zamierza wprowadzić pełną ofertę produktową do zarządzania aktywami klientów. Rozwijana będzie działalność spółki Aforti Collections poprzez nabywanie portfeli wierzytelności oraz rozwijanie skali obsługi wierzytelności na zlecenie. Emitent zamierza kontynuować ekspansję terytorialną na rynki zagraniczne poprzez swoją obecność w 11 krajach Europy Środkowo-Wschodniej. Emitent dąży do zbudowania możliwie najbardziej transparentnej struktury biznesowej. Jednym z działań, które temu służy będzie upublicznienie spółek zależnych należących do Grupy Kapitałowej. Działania Grupy Kapitałowej mają na celu pozyskanie stabilnego instytucyjnego finansowania zewnętrznego w celu zmiany struktury finansowania prowadzonej działalności. Zarząd Emitenta zwraca uwagę, iż realizacja przedstawionych powyżej celów strategicznych Grupy Aforti może wpłynąć na jej sytuację gospodarczą, majątkową i finansową oraz na dalsze perspektywy jej rozwoju. |

The functionalities of the AFORTI.BIZ platform will be based on the EMI licence. One of the activities which will serve this purpose will be making the Capital Group's subsidiaries public.
