| Management Committee of Automotive Components Europe S.A. herby informs about updated proposals of resolutions to be resolved by the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders and the Annual General Shareholders Meeting of the Company which will be held at the registered office 82, route d’Arlon, L-1150 Luxembourg, Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg, on June 19, 2012. The updated set of proposals of resolutions includes those submitted on 28 May 2012 by shareholders holding at least 5% of the share capital of the Company. Zarząd Automotive Components Europe S.A. przekazuje uzupełnione propozycje uchwał Nadzwyczajnego Walnego Zgromadzenia Akcjonariuszy oraz Zwyczajnego Walnego Zgromadzenia Akcjonariuszy Spółki, które odbędą się w siedzibie Spółki 82, route d’Arlon, L-1150 Luxemburg, Wielkie Księstwo Luksemburga dnia 19 czerwca 2012 roku. Uzupełnione propozycje uchwał zawierają propozycje, które zostały przesłane 28 maja 2012 roku przez akcjonariuszy posiadających co najmniej 5% kapitału akcyjnego Spółki. |
