| Zarząd XTPL S.A. [“Emitent”, “Spółka”, “XTPL”] informuje, że w dniu 6 lutego 2023 r. Spółka potwierdziła kolejne zamówienie złożone przez Yi Xin (HK) Technology Co., Ltd z siedzibą w Chinach [„Yi Xin”, „Dystrybutor”] na dostawę urządzenia Delta Printing System. Yi Xin jest podmiotem, która świadczy na rzecz Spółki usługi dystrybucji rozwiązań technologicznych XTPL S.A. (RB 4/2021 z dnia 15 kwietnia 2021 r.). Emitent zaakceptował złożone przez Dystrybutora zamówienie, co jest równoznaczne z zawarciem umowy sprzedaży. Spółka dostarczy i uruchomi wskazane urządzenie w drugiej połowie 2023 r. Ostatecznym nabywcą urządzenia będzie wiodący chiński ośrodek badawczo-rozwojowy Beijing Institute of Technology w Pekinie [“Klient Końcowy”], który złożył zamówienie po demonstracji i wykonanych testach technologii XTPL. Klient Końcowy pracuje nad elektroniką elastyczną oraz zintegrowanymi układami scalonymi, gdzie elektroprzewodzące połączenia między poszczególnymi komponentami będą deponowane przy użyciu systemu DPS. Tego typu zastosowanie technologii XTPL już teraz jest doceniane przez wiodące grupy badawcze na świecie, jak na przykład B.E.S.T. z University of Glasgow, która w ostatnim czasie opublikowała dwa artykuły naukowe na temat wykorzystania ultraprecyzyjnej depozycji (UPD) do druku na giętkich podłożach. Jest to siódma transakcja sprzedaży urządzenia Delta Printing System na rynek chiński, trzecia w bieżącym roku. Wszystkie transakcje zrealizowane zostały we współpracy z Dystrybutorem. Przychody uzyskane z realizacji obecnego zamówienia urządzenia będą miały pozytywny wpływ na wyniki finansowe XTPL S.A. osiągnięte w 2023 r. Z przyczyn wyżej opisanych informacje przekazane w niniejszym raporcie bieżącym w opinii Zarządu Emitenta spełniają kryteria informacji poufnej w rozumieniu art. 7 ust. 1 MAR. |

| Title:Delta Printing System sold to Beijing Institute of Technology in China. Legal basis:Article 17(1) MAR – inside information. Content of the Report:The Management Board of XTPL S.A. (the “Issuer”, “Company”, “XTPL”) reports that on 6 February 2023 the Company confirmed another order from Yi Xin (HK) Technology Co., Ltd based in China (“Yi Xin”, “Distributor”) for delivery of the Delta Printing System device. Yi Xin is a distributor of the Company’s technological solutions. (Current Report No. 4/2021 of 15 April 2021). The Issuer accepted the Distributor’s order, which means that a sales contract was formed. The Company will deliver and commission the device in the second half of 2023. The end buyer of the device will be a leading Chinese R&D center of Beijing Institute of Technology (“End Client”), which placed its order following the demonstration and tests of the XTPL technology. The End Client is working on flexible electronics and integrated circuits, where electrically conductive connections between individual components will be deposited using the DPS system. This type of application of XTPL technology is already appreciated by leading research groups in the world, such as B.E.S.T. from the University of Glasgow, which has recently published two scientific papers on the use of ultra-precision deposition (UPD) for printing on flexible substrates. This is a seventh transaction to sell the Delta Printing System in the Chinese market, the third transaction this year. All transactions were completed in cooperation with the Distributor. The revenue from the most recent order for the device will have a positive impact on XTPL’s financial performance in 2023. Accordingly, for the reasons described above, in the Management Board’s opinion the information disclosed in this current report meets the criteria of inside information within the meaning of Article 7(1) MAR. |
