Zarząd Vivid Games S.A. (dalej jako: „Emitent”, „Spółka”) niniejszym informuje o zawarciu w dniu 13 września 2023 roku umowy z QubicGames S.A. z siedzibą w Siedlcach (dalej jako: „QubicGames”) w zakresie portingu i dystrybucji gry Eroblast w wersji na komputery PC (dalej jako: „Umowa”).
Na podstawie zawartej umowy QubicGames przygotuje na własny koszt port gry Eroblast i skieruje go do certyfikacji na platformie dystrybucyjnej Steam w terminie 9 miesięcy od dnia przekazania przez Emitenta kodu gry. Sposób rozliczenia prowizji z dystrybucji gry nie będzie odbiegał od standardów rynkowych.

	MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION)
	The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter: "Issuer", "Company") informs that on September 13, 2023 it entered into an agreement with QubicGames S.A., headquartered in Siedlce, Poland (hereinafter: "QubicGames") for porting and distribution of the game Eroblast on the PC platform (hereinafter: "Agreement"). Pursuant to the concluded Agreement, QubicGames will prepare, at its own expense, a port of the Eroblast game and direct it for certification on the Steam distribution platform within 9 months from the date of transfer of the game code by the Issuer. The method of settlement of commissions for distribution of the game will not deviate from market standards.
