The Board of Directors of TrophyResort Nyrt. informs that on 22 June 2015 TrophyResort Nyrt. decided to terminate the service agreement with its Authorized Advisor Invest Concept Sp. z o.o. The agreement has been terminated with immediate effect on 23 June 2015.

Legal basis: Section 3.2 point 18 of the Exhibit 3 (Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market) to the Alternative Trading System Rules
