The Board of Directors of TrophyResort Nyrt. (“Company") informs that on 20 April 2015, on the basis of the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. Management Board Resolution No 356/2015, the date of 21 April 2015 has been elected as the first day of listing for 13.680.000 ordinary shares. Shares will be listed on the directed by the orders market of continuous trading under the abbreviated name "TROPHYRES" and under the designation "TPR".
