The Board of Directors of TrophyResort Nyrt. informs of the resignation from publication of consolidated periodic reports as a result of the sale of a subsidiary ŐRSÉG MEDICAL CENTER Kft. TrophyResort Nyrt. has no other subsidiaries.
On 5 May, the Company will publish unconsolidated annual report for 2015 year.
All the quarterly reports starting from the report for the first quarter of 2016 will contain the unconsolidated financial statements only.

Legal basis:
§6.14.3 of Exhibit 3 (Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market) to the Alternative Trading System Rules.
