The Board of Directors of TrophyResort Nyrt. (“Company") informs that on the basis of Resolution 300/2015 of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, 13,680,000 shares of the Company, with a nominal value of HUF 200 each, have been approved for introduction to trading on the NewConnect alternative trading system.

The Board of Directors of TrophyResort Nyrt. (“Company") informs that on 31 March 2015 has submitted the application for determining 21 April 2015 as the first day of trading shares on the NewConnect market.
