(“Plaza” / the “Company” / the “Group”) announces that the audit process of its annual financial statements is still ongoing and therefore there will be a delay in the publication of its financial results for the year ended 31 December 2016. Work is being undertaken to address the situation with a view to announcing the financial results as soon as possible. Without any connection to the abovementioned delay, the annual financial statements, when published, will include a “going concern” note.
