Zarząd Planet Innovation Group S.A. („Spółka”) informuje, że w dniu 12 września 2016 r. powziął informację o uprawomocnieniu się z dniem 30 sierpnia 2016 r. wyroku Sądu, o którym Spółka informowała raportem bieżącym EBI nr 5/2016 z dnia 2 lutego 2016 r.
W opinii Zarządu Spółki powyższe zdarzenie w długim terminie nie będzie miało negatywnego wpływu na realizację strategii Spółki.

	MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION)
	Planet Innovation Group PLC (The "Company") announces that on the 12th of September 2016 received information, on becoming final judgment of the Court from the 30th of August 2016 , of which the Company informed in the current report No. 5/2016 of the EIB on the 2nd of February 2016. In the opinion of the Management Board of the above events in the long term will have no negative impact on the implementation of the strategy.
