| Raport nr 17/2021 – Rezygnacja Prezesa Zarządu PKO Banku Polskiego S.A. Podstawa prawna: § 5 pkt 4 rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z 29 marca 2018 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim Treść raportu: Zarząd PKO Banku Polskiego („Bank”) informuje, że 11 maja 2021 r. Pan Zbigniew Jagiełło złożył ze skutkiem na datę przyszłą, tj. z upływem dnia zamknięcia Zwyczajnego Walnego Zgromadzenia Banku zwołanego na dzień 7 czerwca 2021 r., rezygnację z funkcji Prezesa Zarządu Banku, jak również ze składu Zarządu Banku. Złożenie rezygnacji ze skutkiem na datę przyszłą ma, zgodnie z dobrymi praktykami, zapewnić ciągłość podejmowania decyzji i umożliwić Radzie Nadzorczej Banku dokonanie wyboru kandydata na stanowisko Prezesa Zarządu Banku. Rezygnacja nie zawierała przyczyn jej złożenia. |

| Report No. 17/2021 – Resignation of the President of the Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A.Legal basis:Paragraph 5.4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on 29 March 2018 on the current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for considering as equivalent the information required by law of a non-member stateContent of the report: The Management Board of PKO Bank Polski (the "Bank") informs that on 11 May 2021 Mr. Zbigniew Jagiełło resigned with the effect at a future date, i.e. at the end of the day of closing the Annual General Meeting of the Bank convened for 7 June 2021 from the function of the President of the Bank's Management Board as well as from the membership in the Bank's Management Board.The resignation with the effect at a future date shall, in line with best practices, assure continuity of decision making, and enable the Supervisory Board of the Bank to make an appointment of a candidate for the position of the President of the Management Board, CEO of the Bank.The resignation did not contain the reasons for its submission. | |||
