PHOTON: Photon Energy announces the establishment of new subsidiary in Australia

The Management Board of Photon Energy a.s. announces that on 28 March 2011 it received confirmation from the Australian Securities & Investments Commission in Sydney, Australia of the establishment of its fully-owned subsidiary Photon Energy Australia Pty Ltd. to manage its future activities in Australia.

Photon Energy Australia Pty Ltd., Australian Company Number 150 054 069, with its seat at 38 Ricketty St Mascot, Sydney, Australia, was founded to provide the legal basis for Photon Energy's entry into the Australian market. The initial share capital of the company is AUD 100 (CZK 1,776, PLN 293, EUR 73).

Legal basis: § 3 ust. 1 of the Appendix 3 to Regulations of the Alternative Trading System - "Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System".
