PHOTON: Photon Energy announces the change of company name of its Polish subsidiary

The Management Board of Photon Energy a.s. announces that on 25 October 2010 it received a decision issued by the District Court of Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court, according to which the change of company name has been registered.

The company name Biogazownia Prusice 3 Sp. z o.o. was changed to Photon Energy Polska Sp. z o.o. The company's share capital amounts to PLN 5,000. For more details please also see EBI report No. 39/2010.

Legal basis: Article 3, Section 1, of Exhibit 3 of the Alternative Trading System Rules, as adopted by Resolution Nr. 147/2007, dated 1 March 2007, and amended by Resolution No. 733/2009, dated 18 December 2009, of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board.
