| The Management of Photon Energy N.V. , further referred to as “Company”, informs that on 3 June, 2024 its majority shareholder Solar Future Cooperatief U.A., controlled by Mr. Michael Gartner, who, at the time of the transaction was considered a person disposing managerial responsibilities under the Market Abuse Regulation, sold 15,000 shares of the Company, representing 15,000 voting rights and share capital of EUR 150 at a price of EUR 1.75 per share, thereby decreasing its share in the share capital of the Company from 35.54% to 35.51%. The shares were sold for the purpose of covering the fees of the transfer of shares to a new investment depository bank. | |||||||||||
