| Zarząd Pfleiderer Group S.A. informuje, że nastąpiła zmiana terminu publikacji rozszerzonego skonsolidowanego raportu za III kwartał 2017. Zostanie on opublikowany 7 listopada 2017 roku. Wcześniej ogłoszony termin publikacji rozszerzonego skonsolidowanego raportu za III kwartał 2017 roku ustalony był na dzień 9 listopada 2017. Raport sporządzono na podstawie § 103 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 19 lutego 2009 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim (tekst jednolity: Dz. U. z 2014 roku, poz. 133). |

| Subject: Change of the publication date of the extended consolidated report for third quarter of the year 2017 Current Report no. 48/2017 The Management Board of Pfleiderer Group S.A. hereby announces that there has been a change in the date of publication of the extended consolidated report for the third quarter of the year 2017. The report will be published on 7 November 2017. The previously announced publication date of extended consolidated report for the third quarter of the year 2017 was 9 November 2017. This report was prepared on the basis of § 103 Section 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of February 19, 2009 regarding current and periodical information disclosed by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (consolidated text: Dz.U. of 2014, item 133).
