| Zarząd Spółki ManyDev Studio SE z siedzibą w Warszawie (dalej: „Spółka”, „Emitent”) niniejszym przekazuje terminy publikacji raportów okresowych w roku 2022. Raport roczny za rok 2021 Emitent opublikuje w dniu 29.04.2022 r. (piątek). Raporty kwartalne publikowane będą przez Spółkę w roku 2022 w następujących datach: Jednostkowy raport za I kwartał 2022 r. w dniu 27.05.2022 r. (piątek). Jednostkowy raport za III kwartał 2022 r. w dniu 29.11.2022 r. (wtorek). Raport półroczny za pierwsze półrocze 2022 r. zostanie opublikowany przez Spółkę w dniu 29.09.2022 r. (czwartek). Emitent informuje, że na podstawie § 79 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych nie będzie publikował raportu kwartalnego za IV kwartał roku 2021 oraz za II kwartał roku 2022. Jednocześnie Zarząd Spółki informuję, iż ewentualne zmiany dat przekazywania raportów okresowych będą podane do wiadomości w formie raportu bieżącego. Podstawa prawna: § 80 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim (Dz.U. z 2018 r. poz. 757) |

| Current report no. 2/2022 Subject: Schedule for the publication of periodic reports in 2022. Legal basis: Article 56 (1) (2) of the Act on Offering - current and periodical information Content of the report: The Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter: "the Company", "the Issuer") hereby announces the dates of publication of periodic reports in the year 2022.The Issuer will publish annual report for 2021 on 29.04.2022 (Friday).Quarterly reports will be published by the Company in 2022 on the following dates:A separate report for Q1 2022 on 27.05.2022 (Friday). A separate report for Q3 of 2022 on 29.11.2022 (Tuesday). The semi-annual report for the first half of 2022 will be published by the Company on 29.09.2022. (Thursday). The Issuer announces that, pursuant to § 79.2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information, it will not publish a quarterly report for Q4 2021 and Q2 2022. At the same time, the Company's Management Board informs that any changes to the dates of publication of periodic reports will be communicated in the form of a current report.
