Zarząd spółki Leasing-Experts S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu ("Emitent") informuje, że w dniu 28.07.2014 roku podpisał 4 umowy franczyzowe, których przedmiotem jest otwarcie nowych oddziałów w ramach sieci franczyzowej Leasing-Experts S.A. w następujących miejscowościach Bełchatów, Kępno, Olkusz i Płock. Zawarcie powyższych umów jest istotne z uwagi na realizację strategii Emitenta związanej z rozbudową sieci placówek franczyzowych. Podstawa prawna: § 3 ust. 2 pkt. 2) Załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu- "Informacje Bieżące i Okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect". --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Management Board of Leasing – Experts S.A. seated in Wrocław ("the Issuer") hereby informs that on July 28, 2014 signed four franchise agreements, the object of which is to open new branches within the franchise network of Leasing-Experts S.A. in the following towns: Bełchatów, Kępno, Olkusz and Plock. The conclusion of these agreements is important due to the implementation of the strategy of the Issuer related to network expansion franchise. Legal basis: § 3, item 2, section 2 of the Exhibit no. 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules "Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market".
