The Management Board of Leasing –Experts S.A. announces that on December 02, 2014. adopted a resolution on the issue of series E bonds. Series E bonds will be offered to the procedure specified in Art. 9 section 3 of the Act on Bonds, ie. private mode offer. About the issue took effect the Issuer will inform in a separate report.
