LEASING-EXPERTS: Uchwała Zarządu w sprawie emisji obligacji serii C/ Resolution of the Board on the issuance of bonds series C

Zarząd Leasing-Experts S.A. informuje, iż w dniu 27 sierpnia 2014 r. podjął uchwałę w sprawie emisji obligacji serii "C". Obligacje serii C zostaną zaoferowane w trybie określonym w art. 9 punkt 3 Ustawy o Obligacjach, tj. w trybie oferty prywatnej. O dojściu emisji do skutku spółka poinformuje odrębnym raportem. Podstawa prawna: §3 ust.2 pkt 16) Załącznika Nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu "Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect". ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Board of Leasing-Experts S.A. announces that on August 27, 2014 adopted a resolution on the issue of "C" series. Series C Bonds will be offered pursuant to art. 9 section 3 of the Act on Bonds, ie. private mode offer. About the issue took the effect the company will inform in a separate report. Legal basis: 3 item 2, section 16 of the Exhibit no. 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules "Current and Periodical Information in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect Market".
