LEASING-EXPERTS: Powołanie Członka Zarządu Spółki/ Appointment of the Management Board Member

Zarząd Leasing-Experts S.A. ("Spółka") informuje, iż w dniu dzisiejszym, tj. 12 grudnia 2014 r. Rada Nadzorcza Spółki, działając zgodnie z art. 16 pkt. 2 Statutu Leasing-Experts S.A. podjęła uchwałę o powołaniu od dnia 1 stycznia 2015 roku Pana Zbigniewa Ligmann na stanowisko Członka Zarządu Spółki na okres do końca kadencji Pana Marcina Pawłowskiego, tj. do 13.10.2017 roku. Życiorys Pana Zbigniewa Ligmanna stanowi załącznik do niniejszego raportu.

§ 3 ust. 2 pkt 11 Załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu „Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect".

The Management Board of Leasing - Experts S.A. (The "Company") announces that today, December 12, 2014 The Supervisory Board, acting in accordance with Art. 16 pts. 2 of the Statute Leasing - Experts SA passed a resolution to appoint as of 1 January 2015. Mr. Zbigniew Ligmann as a Member of the Management Board for the remainder of the term of office of Mr. Marcin Pawlowski, to 10.13.2017, the Biography of Mr. Zbigniew Ligmanna is attached to this report.
