With reference to current report no. 30/2014 dated May 14, 2014 and resolution no 5 of the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting dated February 20, 2014 on granting the Management Board an authorization to purchase Company's own shares, the Management Board of Leasing-Experts S.A. ("The Company") with the seat in Wrocław hereby announces that on November 17, 2014 in session transactions on NewConnect market purchased 543 Company's shares at the average price of PLN 2,14 per share. The acquired shares constitute 0,0194 % of the share capital and 0,0165% of the total votes at the General Meeting.
The total number of shares acquired as a part of the implementation of the Programme of Purchasing Issuer's Own Shares is 17383 shares constituting 0.6208% of the share capital and 0.5268% of the total votes at the General Meeting. The average price of the purchased shares is PLN 2,88 per share.
