	MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION)
	The Board of KSG Agro S.A. headquartered in Luxembourg _"the Issuer"_ hereby provides an update to its notice from 25 January 2022 on 'Information about the dates for filing periodical reports in 2022'. With the ongoing russian invasion in Ukraine and covid resurgence in Europe affecting both the Issuer and the Issuer's Ukrainian and Luxembourg auditors, the publication of the Audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2021, initially scheduled for April of this year, had to be postponed until the end of May. Meanwhile, the Issuer's Un-audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the year 2021 will be published tomorrow, 30 April 2022. The Board believes that the previously scheduled publication dates of the Issuer's Interim Financial Statements for three, six, and nine months of 2022 shall not be affected.
