Slowdown in the residential construction segment will most likely accelerate the firm's entrance into the commercial segment, mainly office buildings.
Józef Wojciechowski announced launching four such projects - two in Warsaw and two in Szczecin. For the time being the firm stopped purchasing land in Poland, however, this does not concern Russia, where J.W. Construction might soon purchase a 40-hectare plot for $36 million.
