Contents of the report:
On 6 January 2016 City Service SE (hereinafter, the “Company") received a report from its shareholder UAB “ICOR" on the implementation of the tender offer, aimed at delisting the shares of the Company from trading on AB Nasdaq Vilnius (attached). Following introduction of shares of the Company to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and implementation of the above tender offer, the Company gained the right to apply to AB Nasdaq Vilnius regarding delisting of its shares from trading on this regulated market. The Company will inform separately, when the request will be filed to AB Nasdaq Vilnius for adoption of the respective decision.
