| On October 21, 2021 the Supreme Court of Lithuania issued a ruling in a case based on cassation appeals of the Vilnius City Municipality Administration and the General Prosecutor's Office. The Supreme Court of Lithuania annulled the decision of the Court of Appeal of Lithuania that was issued on 8 October 2020 and referred the case back to the Court of Appeal of Lithuania. | |||||||||||
