AGROLIGA: Changes in date of transition to the main market

The Board of Agroliga Group reports that transition to the main market of WSE, scheduled for the end of 2013, delayed to the 1-st quarter of 2014. The final date of transition will depends on situation on the financial market. Delay is connected with additional time, which was required for Cyprus authorities to register split of shares of the Group. Legal basis: § 3 subparagraph 2 point 2 of the Exhibit 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules \"Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market.\"
