| The Management Board of Work Service S.A. (hereinafter: the Issuer or the Company) hereby informs that the Extraordinary General Meeting, which took place on 8 October 2019, has today dismissed Panagiotis Sofianos, Tomasz Misiak and Tomasz Hanczarek from the Supervisory Board. The reason for the appeal was not given. Legal basis: - article 56 section 1 item 2 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading and Public Companies (Dz.U. no 185, item 1439 of 2009 as amended); - § 5 section 1 item 4) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated 19th February 2009, on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by laws of non-member state.
