TPSA deal postponed again
An agreement to sell 35% of incumbent telecom company TPSA to a consortium of France Telecom and Kulczyk Holding will be probably signed next week, a source close to the transaction said on Wednesday. Treasury Minister Emil Wasacz said earlier that he wants to sign the agreement this week. According to unofficial information, most of the issues have already been agreed upon.
