"We are seriously considering taking part in the sale of Orkla assets that are of interest to us," said the vice-president of Agora, Zbigniew Bšk. An investment bank is analyzing the situation and Orkla is waiting for its recommendation. "We will be monitoring the situation," Bšk said.

In November, Orkla announced that it is looking forward to welcome a partner in Orkla Media, the media company of the Norwegian concern, which has a wide scope of activities. According to press speculation, Swedish media firm Bonnier, the publisher of Puls Biznesu, and Norwegian daily Dagbladet are interested in entering the deal, which could be worth more than EUR 1 (zł.3.83) billion.
