| Zarząd Polskiego Górnictwa Naftowego i Gazownictwa SA („PGNiG”, „Spółka”), w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego Spółki nr 32/2021 z dnia 27 lipca 2021 r., informuje, że w dniu 2 września 2021 r. Spółka zawarła aneksy do umów na dostawy gazu skroplonego („LNG”) z Venture Global Plaquemines LNG, LLC oraz Venture Global Calcasieu Pass, LLC („Aneksy”). Podpisanie Aneksów skutkuje zwiększeniem wolumenu dostaw LNG na rzecz PGNiG łącznie o 2 mln ton rocznie pochodzących z planowanych terminali skraplania gazu ziemnego: • Calcasieu Pass LNG w Calcasieu Parish – zwiększenie dostaw z 1 mln ton do 1,5 mln ton LNG rocznie przez 20 lat; • Plaquemines LNG w Plaquemines Parish – zwiększenie dostaw z 2,5 mln ton do 4 mln ton LNG rocznie przez 20 lat. W wyniku podpisania Aneksów łączny wolumen dostaw LNG pochodzących z Venture Global Plaquemines LNG, LLC oraz Venture Global Calcasieu Pass, LLC wyniesie 5,5 mln ton LNG rocznie, co odpowiada łącznemu wolumenowi około 7,4 mld m3 gazu ziemnego po regazyfikacji. |

| Warsaw, September 2nd 2021 Conclusion of annexes to the LNG supply contract with Venture Global Plaquemines LNG, LLC and Venture Global Calcasieu Pass, LLC Current Report No. 36/2021 Further to Current Report No. 32/2021 of July 27th 2021 the Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A. (“PGNiG”, the “Company”) announces that on September 2nd 2021 the annexes to the liquefied natural gas (“LNG”) supply contracts were signed by the Company with Venture Global Plaquemines LNG, LLC and Venture Global Calcasieu Pass, LLC (“Annexes”). Signing of the annexes will cause increase in the volume of LNG supplies to PGNiG by a total of 2 million tonnes of LNG per year from planned liquefaction facilities: • Calcasieu Pass LNG in Calcasieu Parish – increase in the deliveries from 1 to 1.5 million tonnes of LNG per year; • Plaquemines LNG in Plaquemines Parish – increase in the deliveries from 2.5 to 4.0 million tonnes of LNG per. As a result of conclusion of the Annexes, total volume of LNG supplies from Venture Global Plaquemines LNG, LLC and Venture Global Calcasieu Pass, LLC will reach 5.5 million tonnes of LNG per year, i.e. approximately 7.4 bcm of natural gas after regasification.
