| Zarząd Polskiego Górnictwa Naftowego i Gazownictwa SA ("PGNiG") informuje, że Zwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie PGNiG ("ZWZ") na posiedzeniu w dniu 15 maja 2014 roku podjęło decyzję o podziale zysku netto PGNiG za rok obrotowy 2013. Zgodnie z uchwałą nr 23/V/2014 ZWZ postanowiło przeznaczyć na wypłatę dywidendy dla akcjonariuszy PGNiG kwotę 885.000.000 zł (słownie: osiemset osiemdziesiąt pięć milionów złotych). Dywidendą objętych jest 5.900.000.000 akcji, a dywidenda przypadająca na jedną akcję wynosi 0,15 zł (słownie: piętnaście groszy). ZWZ ustaliło dzień prawa do dywidendy na 14 sierpnia 2014 roku, a termin wypłaty dywidendy na 4 września 2014 roku. |

| Warsaw, May 15th 2014 Dividend for the financial year 2013 Current Report No. 65/2014 The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA ("PGNiG") reports that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on May 15th 2014 made a decision concerning distribution of PGNiG’s net profit for the 2013 financial year. Pursuant to Resolution No. 23/V/2014, the AGM decided to allocate PLN 885,000,000 (eight hundred and eighty-five million złoty) for payment of dividend to PGNiG’s shareholders. The number of shares carrying the right to dividend is 5,900,000,000, and thus the amount of dividend per share is PLN 0.15 (fifteen grosz). The dividend record date and the dividend payment date were set by the AGM for August 15th 2014 and September 4th 2014, respectively. |
